The Remedial & Restore Massage

A considered, treatment-led massage combining therapeutic depth with the restorative touch of Mesa. Your therapist works intuitively with your body on the day, blending targeted remedial and deeper tissue techniques to release muscular tension, ease restriction, improve mobility and restore balance, layered with slower, soothing touch. The Pregnancy Massage

A nurturing massage designed to support your body through pregnancy and beyond. Gentle techniques ease tension, reduce swelling, and promote restful sleep, using baby-safe essential oils and specialised pregnancy cushions for total comfort. Created to align breath and body, this treatment invites deep calm, emotional balance, and a sacred connection to self, and to the life within.

The Abdominal Release

Scar focus + tissue massage

A dynamic abdominal treatment designed to release restriction through the abdomen, diaphragm, ribs and surrounding tissues, while supporting scar mobility and the body’s recovery. We recommend 90 minutes for a first session, allowing time to thoughtfully assess and work with scar tissue and abdominal restriction; 60 minutes suits follow-up sessions and ongoing care, supporting scar mobility, easing abdominal tightness and improving movement through the abdomen.

The Lymphatic Sculpt Massage

This unique treatment combines all our favourites; breath, nervous system and digestive power, with the addition of our Face Reset & Flow: a focused facial massage designed to release facial tension, encourage lymphatic flow, reduce puffiness and gently sculpt the face. Lymphatic, rhythmic strokes, remedial techniques, body cupping and organic infused balms support the movement of excess fluid and metabolic waste, extending the treatment through the face, jaw, neck and scalp. Leave your session feeling grounded, lighter and reset. The 45 minute option focuses on one or two areas of the body, excluding the face.

The Unwind Jaw Release Face & Body Treatment

A deeply restorative face and body treatment combining fascial release, buccal (intraoral) massage and nervous system work to soften jaw, facial and neck tension, support breath and create a deeper sense of calm, ease and connection. 90 minutes is ideal for an initial session, with space to explore the face, jaw and body and for deeper release; 75 minutes suits follow-up sessions and ongoing care.
