Before you buy
Booking with your Mesa gift voucher is simple through Fresha.
Step 1 — Open Fresha. Log in to your Fresha account or create one using the same email you would like your booking linked to.
Step 2 — Add your gift voucher to your Fresha Wallet. Go to your Fresha Wallet and enter your gift voucher code. Once added, your voucher balance will be available to use toward eligible bookings, including deposits where applicable.
Step 3 — Choose your treatment. Select your preferred service, therapist, date and time.
Step 4 — Secure your booking. At checkout, choose your gift voucher balance from your Fresha Wallet to secure the appointment.
Step 5 — Prefer to redeem in studio? If you pay a deposit online and choose to redeem your gift voucher in person on the day, your deposit can and will be refunded in full once the voucher is applied.
Need a little help? You are welcome to call the studio, and we can manually confirm your booking using your gift voucher code. A soft reminder that all gift voucher bookings are subject to Mesa’s gift voucher terms and conditions.
We look forward to welcoming you to Mesa. To redeem your gift voucher, simply book your treatment online via Fresha and ensure your voucher code is added to your booking notes or saved to your profile. A 50% deposit is typically required to secure your appointment; however, this may be waived when your gift voucher code is provided at the time of booking or when booking directly with our team.
If your voucher does not cover the full treatment value, any remaining balance can be settled in-studio on the day. All gift vouchers are subject to standard terms and conditions.
