To ensure your experience begins seamlessly, we invite you to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking, check-in, and preparation. Upon arrival, please check in with reception so we can welcome you properly into your treatment.

As each appointment is thoughtfully scheduled, late arrivals may impact your treatment time. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, if you arrive late and we are unable to extend your session due to subsequent bookings, your treatment will be adjusted accordingly and charged at the full original booking time and price.

Please note that appointment durations cannot be modified at the time of check-in due to late arrival, change of mind, or external circumstances outside of Mesa’s control.

As you enter, we kindly invite you to keep voices soft and conversations minimal, in respect of those currently receiving treatments. This is a space intentionally designed for rest, and we want your time here to feel as peaceful and uninterrupted as possible.

We also ask that mobile phones are kept on silent, and that phone calls are taken outside of the studio while enjoying our waiting area.

At Mesa, time is intentionally held for you. To honour this, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, ensuring your experience remains considered from the moment you book. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes, allowing us to extend that time to another guest. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and in some cases, the full service fee may apply. For those who require flexibility, our team is always here to assist where possible. By confirming your booking, you step into a shared respect for time, care, and the experience we create for every guest at Mesa.

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Deposits are fully refundable or transferable within this timeframe. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and the full value of the service may be charged.

Repeated late changes or missed appointments may require full prepayment to secure future bookings.

While we always endeavour to honour your selected appointment time, slight adjustments may occasionally be required on Mesa’s behalf. Should this occur, we will always communicate with care; these changes will not be requested post 24hr window.

Please note that not all treatments or therapists are eligible for private health fund claims, and eligibility may change from time to time. Our team is always here to guide you should you have any questions.

By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms, allowing us to honour the time of our therapists and provide a seamless experience for every guest.

To redeem your Gift Voucher, simply book your treatment online via Fresha and ensure your voucher code is added to your booking notes or saved to your profile.A 50% deposit is typically required to secure your appointment; however, this may be waived when your Gift Voucher code is provided at the time of booking or when booking directly with our team.

If your voucher does not cover the full treatment value, any remaining balance can be settled in-studio on the day. All Gift Vouchers are subject to standard terms and conditions.

We are honoured to support you during this special time. For your safety and comfort, pregnancy massage is offered from the second and third trimester, from 13 weeks onwards. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide massage treatments during the first trimester.

During this time, we warmly welcome you to enjoy our facials, which are suitable prior to 13 weeks. Please note that infrared sauna use is not recommended during pregnancy.
