Mesa Terms and Conditions

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your treatment to allow time for check in and preparation. Unfortunately, if you do arrive late and we have back-to-back bookings, it will affect your treatment time. 

If you arrive late for your service, the booking length cannot be adjusted and you'll be charged as per the original booking time and price. We will do our best to accommodate, but if our scheduling does not allow the full treatment length due to a late arrival you will be charged as per the original booking. 

Booking length unfortunately cannot be reduced at the time of check-in due to change of mind or external circumstances outside of Mesa's control. 
 

Our booking system will automatically require confirmation of booked appointments under your request.

This is to HOLD and CONFIRM appointment NO CHARGES are made at this stage.

All charges are not processed until the day of with reception, at this time you are  welcome to use any form of payment to complete booking.

We understand the hesitancy to attach card details to appointments, we require this purely as these times are then held at your request and unable to be offered elsewhere if reschedule or cancelled last minute. 

Please refer to cancellation policy to avoid any disappointment.

When entering the space we ask that to kindly keep your voices to a minimum to be respectful of clients receiving treatments. This time is for you and we’d like your time to be as peaceful and quiet as possible.  Please be mindful of mobile phones ( on silent ) while enjoying our waiting area we politely ask you refrain from phone calls in our studio.
 

We understand things out of our control happen in life. We politely ask for 24-hours notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. 

If the need for cancel or reschedule is requested by client within 24-hours there is a 50% cancellation fee. 

Rescheduling a booking within 24-hours will incur a 50% fee. 

If you forget or forgo your appointment you will be considered a ‘no-show’ and the full treatment price will be charged to the card on file. If we are unable to process / implement policy this will be noted on future bookings.

If redeeming a voucher, the amount will be deducted from your voucher.

• We kindly ask you redeem your voucher within a 12 month period.
• All Mesa gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date.
• Expired vouchers are not redeemable on weekends or Public Holidays
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. They are not transferable or refundable.
• If a voucher is used to confirm booking (instead of credit card details) and you cancel or are a no-show, that amount will be deducted from the original voucher value.

We kindly ask that you are in your second and third trimester when booking a pregnancy massage, as our therapists unfortunately cannot perform treatments when you are in your first trimester. We look forward to taking care of you from 13+ weeks.
