Booking with your Mesa gift voucher is simple through Fresha.

Step 1 — Open Fresha. Log in to your Fresha account or create one using the same email you would like your booking linked to.

Step 2 — Add your gift voucher to your Fresha Wallet. Go to your Fresha Wallet and enter your gift voucher code. Once added, your voucher balance will be available to use toward eligible bookings, including deposits where applicable.

Step 3 — Choose your treatment. Select your preferred service, therapist, date and time.

Step 4 — Secure your booking. At checkout, choose your gift voucher balance from your Fresha Wallet to secure the appointment.

Step 5 — Prefer to redeem in studio? If you pay a deposit online and choose to redeem your gift voucher in person on the day, your deposit can and will be refunded in full once the voucher is applied.
