Mesa Terms and Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions on our website before confirming booking with our Studio

When signing up as a client of Mesa you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on our website. 

- All booked appointments through FRESHA + MESA detail cancelation policy terms and conditions

-  arrive 5 minutes before a session 

- check in with front of house when you arrive 

- Mesa is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings

- Mesa has the right to refuse entry at anytime / end sessions at therapists discretion

- Bookings are to be made via the Fresha app, email, or via phone. 

-To book a session you must have credit details saved securely on profile. Credit Cards details are not charged until arrival/no-show of appointments. 

-In some cases, Pre-payment must be made upon booking to secure appointment time.

- You acknowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death

-Mesa is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our premises

-Mesa is not liable for health claims or benefits discussed on websites or social media

By booking into a treatment you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions 

MESA Therapists time has been reserved especially for you, at your request.

terms and conditions of each booking completed agree you understand the following:
Fresha will send multiple notifications to secure your booking for both client / therapists valued time.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel  we understand these things come up - best opportune time to do so is when you receive you final reminder within 24hr window.

1. Initial booking time/date - confirming all details for selected booking via email / SMS notification will be sent upon completion of booking online or in studio. 

2. 24 hrs prior to booking time SMS/EMAIL via FRESHA allowing for cancel/adjustments/rescheduled complying within studio cancellation time regulations.

3. All bookings outside of 24hr window  may require reception assistance to comply within cancellation policy.

4. All appointments missed are 100% fee of treatment, payment refusals allow Mesa to pause further bookings until payments reconciled.

Clients are charged 100% fee for no show of appointment.

Clients are charged 50% fee for late cancellations under 12 hours notice. 

Clients may cancel without charge up to 12 hours ahead, otherwise charges apply of 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for no show.

All treatments rescheduled under 12hr policy do not automatically void payment of initial booking cancellation fee of 100%. 

8. MESA is not responsible for change of mind, illness and or personal circumstances that may occur outside of our duty of care impacting appointment.

9. MESA offers flexibility in appointment to be given to client/family/friend of your choice in your original committed  appointment time, this will waive all late fees. ( and is the best outcome for all ! ) 

All cancelation fees are in respect of the studio, therapists, clients, and community of MESA.

Cancellation and Gift Vouchers 

All appointments made redeeming Gift Vouchers cancelled within 3 hrs / not attended without notice are 100% void.

Cancellation and Packages

All appointments made redeeming Sauna or Massage Packages cancelled under 12 hrs notice / not attended without notice are subject to 50%-100% void.

Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge  and Cancellation

50% fee of booking within 2 hrs

Our valued clients + friends + community please keep in mind we will try to fill all appointments as best we can within timeframes stated in T & C before applying cancellation fees.
