Pregnancy is one of the best times for a Zenthai treatment, benefiting both you and your baby. Here we use peaceful, flowing movements and stretches that will support mother and baby in welcoming growth and transformation. With its holistic approach pregnancy Zenthai aims to balance the nervous system, increase the lung capacity, support blood health and distribution of Qi.

Zenthai is a blend of yoga Asana, Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu and Osteopathic techniques integrated and woven together with focused intention at its core.
