-To book a session you must have credit details on profile which are not charged until arrival/no-show of appointments. In some cases, Pre-payment must be made upon booking to secure appointment time.

We will send you two notifications, one at initial booking and a second the day prior to confirm.
This gives you ample time to cancel and reschedule within the 12 hours if you are unable to attend your appointment.
We require 12 hours notice to be able to re-organise appointments with clients on our waiting list.
Our cancellation Policy is as follows:
Massage Therapy less than 12 hrs 50% of appointment booked
Massage Therapy NO SHOW 100% of appointment booked
Infrared Sauna less than 2 hours $15
Bookings redeeming Gift Vouchers will be void upon appointment date making voucher unavailable for future use.
Please keep in mind we will try to fill all appointments as best we can within a reasonable timeframe before applying cancellation fees.
Mesa was created to nurture and provide wellness to our community, we assure you our space and team are following all procedures and policies in line with NSW Government of Health, rest assured we are here to help keep ourselves and community safe.
Inline with current NSW Government regulations we are open to fully vaccinated clients/customers until Dec.1 2021, as a small business we are doing best we can to ensure we are able to open and operate, we do not discriminate it is up to each individual to make their choice inline with their own values, we love you just the same.

- Clients must use hand sanitiser available to you upon enter/exit of Mesa.
-Clients are required tfill out COVID-19 client intake form
-Clients are require to offer sufficient vaccine information
-Request clients to wear a mask in common areas unless you are exempt.
-Waiting/Reception areas are spaced accordingly as well as appointment times.
-Mesa is cleaned using alcohol free medical grade cleaning supplies that are not harmful but effective, ensuring all surfaces are clean to standards.
-Treatment rooms have cleaning procedures for all equipment between each client, medical grade facial covers, and linen procedures which are followed by each Therapist.
-Therapists will be wearing protective face masks during your treatment.
- Saunas times available are arranged to keep safe distance between sessions.
-Infrared Saunas/Showers are cleaned to standard between each session as well as materials of each Sauna made of natural anti bacterial wood.
Please mindfully do not book in if you:
- have been in contact with someone with Covid-19
- have ANY symptoms of cold/flu
- are awaiting Covid-19 test results
We cannot at this time, accept any clients with the above symptoms or insufficient vaccine information.
